…OAIC State Chair, Onumajuru Mourns
The Imo State Chairman of the Organization of African Instituted Churches, OAIC and Deputy State Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria,CAN , Senior Apostle Bethel Onumajuru has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden exit of the immediate past State Chairman of CAN ,His Eminence, Apostle General Iheanyichi Godson Ibeji whose remains will be committed to mother earth on Saturday, October 5 at his home town, Eziudo Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA.
In his tribute to the late CAN Chairman, the OAIC State Chairman and CAN Deputy Chairman, described the late Cleric as a man of impeccable character,soldier of Christ and a devout Christian.
The Senior Apostle recalled that the former CAN boss had offered his best in the selfless service of the Christian community in the State.
Onumajuru also informed that the late Ibeji during his time as the State CAN Chairman, made significant inputs towards the progress of the Association through his personal sacrifices which helped in building CAN to the height it is today.
He reiterated that the ex-CAN boss’ remarkable contributions can not be easily forgotten in the history of CAN in the State.
The OAIC state Chairman equally used the moment to console the family of the late state chairman ,urging them to bear with fortitude the loss which he said is irreplaceable.
He however prayed that the family would be consoled by God who in his infinite wisdom knows why He allowed it to be thi time.
The Deputy state CAN Chairman further enjoined the family not to mourn like people who are ignorant of the resurrection morning ,even as he prayed God to keep his soul till the time everyone will meet each other to part no more.
